Key Performance Objectives:

+ Build and maintain the operations of all networking equipment, LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi systems to ensure availability for the enterprise.

+ Manages the day-to-day operations of network equipment by monitoring system performance, configuration, maintenance, and repair.

+ Experienced with Cisco networking, Palo Alto Firewalls, and Meraki switching and routing,

+ Leverage optimization techniques to maximize the efficiency of all networking systems.

+ Follows guidelines and methods for the installation and management of networking equipment and other components.

+ Troubleshoot and resolve any IT service issues related to network, WAN, LAN, and Wi-Fi.

+ Works with vendors to assist with network support activities.

+ Implement and maintain a systems business impact assessment to prioritize system recovery in the event of a failure.

+ Build and implement network standards for WAN, LAN, and Wi-Fi systems.

+ Train Jr. Network Administrator on setting up network environments.

+ Train the technical support staff on solving common network-related problems.

+ Work with third-party vendors and consultants on developing system-specific skills.

Work Experience/Education

At least five (5) - ten (10) years of Network Administrator Experience. Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

Specialized Skills & Knowledge Certificates & Licenses

+ Proficiency with Cisco networking, Palo Alto Firewalls, Meraki switching and routing, and SilverPeak or other SDWAN experience.

+ Cisco CCNA Certification.

+ Possesses expert knowledge of networking concepts (e.g. Systems, Protocols, Directory Services)

Software & Technology

Position will require the frequent use of MS Windows 10, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook and ServiceNow.

Work Environment

This position is generally indoors in a climate-controlled office. However, office site visitations maybe required. A clean driving record will be required due to potential road travel. A current and valid drivers license and proof of acceptable insurance is required. + Optimize the concepts and designs with analytical and physical assessments, ensuring conformation to federal regulations governing assigned systems.

+ Deliver world-class craftsmanship and fit/finish through the proper implementation of GD&T.

+ Develop, study, and implement novelconstruction techniques and materials then drive them to production feasibility

+ Enable effective communications with Studio, Packaging, Advanced Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supplier activities to deliver optimal design solutions

+ Support presentations of concepts and status to senior management and internally to Company personnel

**The minimum requirements we seek:**

+ B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or a related field

+ 3+ years of experience designing, developing, and releasing one or more interior subsystem and adjoining parts including component manufacturing and assembly processes

+ 1+ years of experience using 3D CAD software collaboratively (NX, Catia, 3DX, etc.)

+ 1+ year of experience in the production release process

+ 1+ year of experience in a factory setting launching a new product

**Preferred Requirements** :

+ Understanding of GD&T standards

+ Proficiency with Catia, Enovia, or similar tools including drawing and modelling practices and methodologies

+ Hands-on experience building and launching automotive products

+ Experience with Microsoft Office applications and other information management tools

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills

+ Experience using Confluence, Jira, Asana, or other project management tools

**About the Role:**

We are hiring for the role of PI Systems Engineer reporting to the Technical Adoption Services team, part of the Customer Success group. AVEVA Technical Adoption Services team, a knowledge centre within AVEVA, helps shape our customers vision of how the PI System infrastructure supports and enhances business drivers and goals. The Systems Engineer ensures customer success by delivering exceptional outcome-based services to PI Users in support and enablement of those business goals. Systems Engineers use best practices, technical knowledge, and their industry expertise, to deliver services to our EA customers, as well as into a broader scope within the AVEVA customer base and sales activities.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Lead workshops and coaching sessions to guide the customer in using the PI System successfully to realize their use cases.

+ Lead conversations to help focus the vision where the PI System adds business value, at all customer levels. Examples include Administration/IT Staff, Operations Management and Staff, "C" level executives.

+ Lead strategic conversation with customers to guide them through use case discovery and position OSIsoft Products and Infrastructure to address those needs.

+ Act as technical liaison to assigned customer accounts, working with Customer Success Managers, to maximize customer value and drive new business.

+ Have a strong interest in growing your career and participating in both internal and external training programs to keep abreast of emerging technologies and markets.

+ Display initiative and self-motivation to deliver high quality results along with meeting all expectations for both internal and external customers.

+ Influence and drive adoption of the PI Infrastructure through product demonstration, Proof of Value, and other promotional activities.

+ Assist with risk vs. benefit analysis to help the customer understand ramifications of various deployment options.

+ Proactively engage Enterprise Customers to promote enterprise wide adoption and implementation of the PI Infrastructure.

+ Mentor other team members on industry, product, and/or technology topics.

**Qualifications:**

+ Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or another technical field

+ Experience with real-time operational data systems within an industrial manufacturing and/or operating industry.

+ Hands on PI System experience, highly desired

+ Strong leadership, customer service, and interpersonal relationship skills

+ Solid oral, written, presentation, and communication skills

+ Ability to work as part of a team to solve problems and share best practices

+ Ability to set priorities and manage multiple activities

+ Experience working with C-level executives, a plus

+ A background in architectures and enterprise-wide design methodologies, a plus

+ Willing and able to travel.

Job Title: SCCM System Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) System Administrator to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will join the team responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing our SCCM infrastructure to ensure seamless deployment, management, and security of software applications, updates, and operating systems across our organization. This role requires strong technical expertise in SCCM and endpoint management, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

Design, deploy, configure, and maintain SCCM infrastructure to meet organizational requirements. Manage software distribution, including packaging, testing, deployment, and updates. Create and maintain software deployment packages, task sequences, and deployment templates. Implement and manage operating system deployment (OSD) processes, including image creation, customization, and deployment. Configure and maintain SCCM site boundaries, distribution points, and client settings. Monitor SCCM environment performance, health, and security, and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure SCCM integrates seamlessly with other systems and processes. Develop and maintain documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and system configurations. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, trends, and technologies related to SCCM and endpoint management. Provide technical guidance and support to junior administrators and end-users as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience as an SCCM Administrator or similar role in a large enterprise environment. Strong understanding of SCCM architecture, components, and capabilities. Proficiency in deploying and managing software applications, updates, and operating systems using SCCM and other endpoint management software. Experience with Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and Group Policy. Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell) for automation and customization tasks. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good to have:

Industry certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (MD-101), Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Manager Administrator (SC-300), or similar certifications are a plus.
