**About this role:**

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Network Engineer who covers jobs responsible for direction and support for computer-based information and communication systems, including technical, programming and development, network communications, and systems analysis.

**In this role, you will:**

+ Troubleshoot and escalated complex network issues for Wells Fargo Bank

+ Participate in major incident management conference calls and associated bridge-lines

+ Work on tickets escalated from tier 2 support

+ Work on incidents in accordance with Integrated Operations Manage Incident Process Configuring of network devices

+ Work with advanced technology functions (priority support) / Cisco TAC

+ Work like a subject matter expert for the entire network infrastructure of the bank while supporting technologies like routing, switching, F5, firewalls and proxies.

+ Mentor and train tier 1 and tier 2

+ Open change controls and emergency break-fix change records

+ Engage Cisco (NOC and HTTS) Support

+ Work on Sniffer/ Infinistream capture

+ Troubleshoot issues related to firewalls, load balancers and proxy appliances

+ Work with vendors on complex vendor escalations and issues

**Required Qualifications:**

+ 4+ years of Network Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

**Desired Qualifications:**

+ 4+ years of Network Support experience in NOC Operations or similar environment

+ Understanding of routing & switching concepts (RIP / OSPF / BGP)

+ Ability to quickly analyze and troubleshoot data and voice network outages Resolve large admin/Enterprise issues

+ Extensive hands on experience in all Cisco routers, switches, wireless devices; Cisco, Checkpoint Firewalls, F5 Load Balancers, IP subnetting, Layer 2-4 stack understanding, VoIP, QoS, MPLS, SDWAN

+ Experience on Arista hardware is a plus

Skills and Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

**Job Description:**

AT&T has an opening for a Network Operations Center (NOC) Network Administrator providing operations support to an important government customer in Chandler, Arizona. The Network Administrator is responsible for leading infrastructure availability meets established SLA and accepted performance metrics. The NOC Network Administrator will provide management and support to vendor and technology diverse networks and infrastructure. This position is a lead role in a highly technical team responsible for 24x7x365 support of a worldwide network containing over 2,800 networking devices (switches, routers and firewalls). This role will include, but will not be limited to the following responsibilities:

What You’ll Need:

As an Identity and Access Management System Administrator, you will be responsible for administration of a multinational Identity and Access Management environment including developing automation and scripting, managing dynamic security groups, distribution lists, and supporting and investigating investigations and exceptions. Qualifications
