    The Development Program Manager is primarily responsible for leading and managing the design, pre-construction and construction activities on a given project.     15. 3. Experience as a project lead with functional teams

    16. 4. Building relationships with colleagues at all management levels

    17. 5. Planning, prioritizing, and executing on multiple projects simultaneously

    18. 6. Facilitating workshops and training sessions

    19. 7. Utilizing data to drive decisions and measure results.

    $213,537/year to $236,500/year + bonus + equity + benefits
