    **The Role at a Glance**

    This position will play a significant role in enabling our Pricing, Product and Inforce teams that support Lincoln’s hybrid Life & LTC product line, MoneyGuard. In addition, this position can be called on to support other line of business LTC initiatives, such as LTC riders on Annuity or Life products. This position provides leadership, direction, and functional expertise for LTC product development and pricing, reviewing LTC experience analysis and driving assumption setting, and provides oversight and support for governance & claims / operations.     **Pay Range:** $105,301 - $190,000
