    **Key Activities**

    + Responsible for ensuring all aspects of client services are delivered at the highest level to ensure the client’s needs are addressed.

    + Oversee the day-to-day activities of construction phase.

    + Monitor and review the execution of electrical works and the team including electrical & equipment procurement and report progress to the client.

    + Review all contractors activities and lead resolution of field construction problems.

    + Manage interface with the general contractor and various stakeholders to ensure project objectives being successfully delivered (e.g., schedule, quality).

    + Facilitate focus groups to resolve significant construction issues that have been escalated.

    + Schedule review, manage communications between Owner and Team, and validate work is in-line with project documents.

    **Report construction progress/risks to the Onsite Project Manager:**

    + Identify electrical construction-related risks and develop mitigation plans.

    + Identify, track, report potential field change orders to the onsite cost manager.

    + Advise the client on potential claims or disputes called out by the client.

    + Document all electrical field activities.

    + Manage daily KPIs and reporting.

    **Take responsibility for electrical set on site, focusing on the following:**

    + Advising on safety issues and informing respective parties to implement a solution.

    + Quality issues that could cause adverse impacts during the O&M Phase and potential solutions.

    + Environmental, Cultural Heritage issues, and potential solutions.

    + Community (including traffic management) issues and potential solutions.

    + Coordinate, together with the construction manager and other inspectors, methods to measure progress on the client’s behalf.

    + Coach and mentor counterparts on excellence in the construction industry.

    + Other duties as directed by the Onsite Project Manager or Program Lead.

    **Qualifications**

    + BS degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Electrical Engineering is preferred.

    + Must have 5+ years of experience working on large industrial projects ($100m+ capex).

    + Advanced knowledge and proven delivery on Engineering for Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical, and Plumbing scopes.

    + Understanding of the potential implications of design changes/site instructions in relation to the key aspects identified above.

    + Excellent written and verbal communication in Spanish and English, and presentation skills are a must.

    + Ability to work within a high-performance, cross-functional organization with challenging timelines, budget and goals.

    **What We’re Looking For**

    As a Controls Engineer, you will assist in managing the installation and startup of equipment, systems, and software, from an electrical/controls perspective that is specific to Casa Grande plant processes.     **Specific Responsibilities**

    + Develop, maintain, and improve as needed process specifications, operating procedures, process controls, etc. in assigned areas of responsibility to help meet and exceed safety, quality, cost, production, and other department objectives.Also, work with maintenance team to optimize PM schedule, spare parts strategy, etc.

    + Provide technical support to maintenance and production teams related to troubleshooting of process, equipment, or product issues in assigned area.

    + Provide engineering support and project management relative to new product and process implementation and process improvements.

    + Research and evaluate new and existing processes, operations, and support systems for adaptation and/or improvements needed to manufacture Kohler and Sterling products to meet all objectives and improve the overall customer experience.

    + Initiate, develop and implement continuous improvement projects in assigned areas of responsibility to support plant manufacturing initiatives, objectives, and improvements needed.
