**Turner & Townsend** is looking for an **Electrical Project Engineer** to support a large-scale construction manufacturing project that requires exceptional talent.

The product portfolio is expanding with never-built-before production lines, and requirements demand cell production volume at a scale which was once thought to be impossible to reach.

**Key Activities**

+ Responsible for ensuring all aspects of client services are delivered at the highest level to ensure the client’s needs are addressed.

+ Oversee the day-to-day activities of construction phase.

+ Monitor and review the execution of electrical works and the team including electrical & equipment procurement and report progress to the client.

+ Review all contractors activities and lead resolution of field construction problems.

+ Manage interface with the general contractor and various stakeholders to ensure project objectives being successfully delivered (e.g., schedule, quality).

+ Facilitate focus groups to resolve significant construction issues that have been escalated.

+ Schedule review, manage communications between Owner and Team, and validate work is in-line with project documents.

**Report construction progress/risks to the Onsite Project Manager:**

+ Identify electrical construction-related risks and develop mitigation plans.

+ Identify, track, report potential field change orders to the onsite cost manager.

+ Advise the client on potential claims or disputes called out by the client.

+ Document all electrical field activities.

+ Manage daily KPIs and reporting.

**Take responsibility for electrical set on site, focusing on the following:**

+ Advising on safety issues and informing respective parties to implement a solution.

+ Quality issues that could cause adverse impacts during the O&M Phase and potential solutions.

+ Environmental, Cultural Heritage issues, and potential solutions.

+ Community (including traffic management) issues and potential solutions.

+ Coordinate, together with the construction manager and other inspectors, methods to measure progress on the client’s behalf.

+ Coach and mentor counterparts on excellence in the construction industry.

+ Other duties as directed by the Onsite Project Manager or Program Lead.

**Qualifications**

+ BS degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Electrical Engineering is preferred.

+ Must have 5+ years of experience working on large industrial projects ($100m+ capex).

+ Advanced knowledge and proven delivery on Engineering for Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical, and Plumbing scopes.

+ Understanding of the potential implications of design changes/site instructions in relation to the key aspects identified above.

+ Excellent written and verbal communication in Spanish and English, and presentation skills are a must.

+ Ability to work within a high-performance, cross-functional organization with challenging timelines, budget and goals.

+ Be capable of working in a close, multi-faceted team environment.

+ Have an inquisitive and open attitude to exploring new ideas and willingness to continuously learn.

**What We’re Looking For**

As a Controls Engineer, you will assist in managing the installation and startup of equipment, systems, and software, from an electrical/controls perspective that is specific to Casa Grande plant processes. + Provide technical support, as required, to ensure plant electrical and controls equipment are operating, optimized, and meet all applicable safety standards, including troubleshooting of down equipment as required

**What We’re Looking For:**

As an Automation Technician for Kohler Co., you will be an ambassador of the Kohler brand and the Vikrell product line. In this role, you will maintain and troubleshoot robotic equipment and associated control systems throughout the plant. The Automation Technician also contributes to plant-wide controls support of PLC’s, VFD’s calibrations and safety control systems. You will be an ideal candidate if you are an experienced automation controls or robotic professional and are willing to learn and adapt to Company needs.

**Your Job Duties:**

+ Provide support of robotic troubleshooting and change overs

+ Provide trouble shooting of 24Volt control systems

+ Provide operations support of PLC troubleshooting, instrumentation calibrations, and VFD trouble shooting as needed

+ Develop and maintain the operator and management graphic displays for production information, faults, and related data

+ Maintain documentation standards when interacting with PLC control systems, electrical drawings, and SAP records

+ Work closely and coordinate with the Production, Scheduling and Purchasing teams on all project-related support responsibilities and activities

+ Assist Automation Engineering with control system projects

+ Attend technical seminars and training to learn and apply applicable innovative products and processes

+ Adhere to safety and 5s plant culture

+ Perform other plant support as directed by the supervisor.

+ Maintain training on all applicable SOPs, LOPs, policies and procedures

**Skills/Requirements**

**What You’ll Need to Bring to the Table:**

+ High school diploma/GED equivalent required; associate’s degree in Mechatronics,

+ Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or similar field of study highly desired

+ 2+ years’ experience with instrumentation and controls

+ Experience with Fanuc robots and Allen Bradley PLC is required

+ Experience with electrical troubleshooting is highly desired

+ Demonstrated strong work ethic that includes the ability to work 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts while sitting, standing, bending, twisting, and lifting

+ The flexibility to change shifts as the plant moves into future phases of production and operability

+ A positive, adaptable, hard-working, and patient mindset

**What You Can Expect**

The Field Service Engineering Tech (FSET) is responsible for providing highly visible onsite and remote technical support within their assigned regions for Zimmer Biomet Surgical Devices. This role is responsible for handling, maintaining, installing and providing support for said devices, as well acting as a key player in complaint investigations, including troubleshooting with on-site Zimmer Biomet representatives in the operating room. The FSET plays a critical role in ensuring the servicing of Zimmer Biomet Surgical Devices throughout their lifecycle.

**Your Background**

+ B.S. in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science or similar discipline preferred. Candidates with AAS in Biomedical Equipment Technology, Electronics or Laboratory Equipment Technology or equivalent trade school, hospital, military, or other experience will be considered

+ Valid driver’s license and good driving record

+ 2-4 years of experience in field support, engineering, or other customer-facing function preferably with a medical device company

Preferred

+ Prior experience with robotics

+ Project management skills

+ Experience working in an operating room environment

**Travel Expectations**

+ Up to 80 percent
