    POSITION SUMMARY

    The Intake Counselor (Outpatient) is the initial contact for patients and referral sources, providing clinical assessment and determination of ongoing clinical needs.     Qualifications

    Minimum Requirements:

    + Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology or Human Services field, licensed RN or Masters in Social Work.

    + LMSW, LCSW, LAC, LPC, LASAC, LISAC required.

    + Prior admissions clinical assessment, knowledge of counseling, psychotherapy, obtained through the completion of a master’s degree and Licensure through board of behavioral health examiners.
