    Qualifications

    Current AZ RN License (good standing) required.

    Minimum 2 years or direct nursing experience with a minimum 1 year provided in a long-term care facility. Must meet (1) one of the following requirements:

    · Successful completion of a three (3) semester credit course on adult teaching and learning concepts offered an accredited post-secondary educational institution; OR

    · Completion of a 40-hours continuing education program in adult teaching and learning concepts that was awarded continuing education credit by an accredited organization; OR

    · One year of full-time or 1500 hours experience teaching adults as a faculty member or clinical education; OR

    **Job Summary**

    As a SAFE Instructor, you'll train mortgage bankers during the first stage of their career. You'll onboard and educate our newest mortgage banking team members to get them acclimated to our culture and help them become proficient in mortgage knowledge. You'll monitor team member performance and coach team members on expectations. You'll also document conversations and make decisions as to what type of coaching is appropriate for each situation. You'll deliver trainings and ensure your trainees have a solid grasp of the material presented. This role requires a strong understanding of metrics for appropriate follow-up conversations to make sure trainees have retained information and have the necessary support.

    **Responsibilities**

    + Train bankers on the fundamentals of the mortgage industry, federal and state licensing, product guidelines, pricing, influence and persuasion and our technology

    + Be an expert in the mortgage banking role and in researching banker/leader needs

    + Plan, initiate and execute on several classroom sessions to lay the foundation for our newest bankers

    + Work closely with team members within Banker Training, Marketing, Technology, Metrics/Business Intelligence, Servicing, Mortgage Banking and Operations
