Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Development and Implementation of Project Schedule: Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive project schedules, including sequencing and shop/field labor planning. Ensure alignment with project scope and specifications.
Kovach Liaison: Act as the primary liaison between Kovach and key stakeholders, including General Contractor, Architect, Engineer, and Owner throughout the project duration.
Submittals and Materials Management: Prepare and submit submittals and materials consistent with project scope and specifications. Manage substitution requests post-award, including product testing and related submissions.
Scope Review and Compliance: Review scope, contract documents, and Kovach shop drawings to ensure compliance with specifications. Conduct regular assessments to maintain alignment with project requirements.
Project Schedule Management: Create and regularly update the Kovach Project Schedule to ensure accurate tracking of project milestones and deadlines.
Material Take-offs and Cost Control: Perform accurate material take-offs from shop drawings. Review material take-offs and releases for accuracy, while actively managing cost control for materials, labor, and equipment.
Reporting and Billing: Generate and submit monthly cost-at-completion reports, billings, and billing projections. Draft and track requests for change orders (RCO’s) to manage project variations effectively.
Procurement and Logistics: Issue and track purchase orders (PO’s) and material deliveries, obtaining multiple quotes for optimal pricing. Assist with equipment planning and logistics to ensure timely project execution.
Documentation and Compliance: Distribute and utilize installation manuals. Adhere to LEED requirements and maintain internal check and balance systems (e.g., Timberline, submittal logs, change order logs).
Communication and Coordination: Draft written communications to general contractors, architects, and consultants. Generate Requests for Information (RFI’s) and communicate changes internally. Maintain effective communication, both internal and external, to facilitate project success.
Support and Preemptive Approach: Provide field support until final completion of the project. Utilize a consistent preemptive approach across projects to anticipate and address challenges proactively.

Stantec’s Environmental Services Practice is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex mining and permitting projects across surface water and groundwater disciplines. PROJECT LEADERSHIP: Overseeing a diverse portfolio of environmental, hydrogeologic/hydrologic, and geologic projects for both public and private sectors with a focus on the mining sector. + At least 7 years of experience successfully executing technical aspects of small to large projects

+ Robust portfolio of projects that could include mining, municipal water systems, and/or land development

**Job Scope**

Oversees daily operations in the Major Sub-Systems Cell. Responsible for cost, schedule and technical performance of the manufacturing cell. Works closely with production managers and operations support groups (scheduling, manufacturing engineering, quality, mechanical tech leads) to ensure proper actions and plans are in place to efficiently produce assemblies, with quality and on time to customer needs. Project Manager (Electronic Security)

As a Project Manager, you are responsible for the scope, schedule, cost, quality and client satisfaction of a project throughout its entire lifecycle, from Initiating through closing phases. However, the PM depends on the help of other people to perform most of the actual activities of the project. A Project Manager’s role is primarily focused around written and verbal communication to all project stakeholders.

The PM is responsible for overseeing and performing project management functions on all client site projects, budgets and scopes. The PM will act as the responsible person on their assigned projects and have direct control over all project activities. This position will be providing direction to a wide range of internal and external personnel.

What will you be doing?

Daily activities include project communications, scheduling, task lists for technicians, managing deliverables from/for other departments, and overseeing the completion of projects to client expectation or better. The PM is responsible for completing systems integration projects on time, on budget and achieving high customer satisfaction from our customers. The majority of this employee's time will be spent managing projects and communicating with all project stakeholders. This person will be held accountable for following and helping to improve the established processes.

As a primary interface to the client, the Project Manager develops a strong long-term relationship - managing the client relationship, including expectations, communications and satisfaction.

Coordinates and communicates:

+ Provides clear leadership and ownership for the project within Diversified, including accurate and timely verbal and written communication and follow up.

+ Coordinates all activities associated with the timely, accurate and on-budget completion of the project, including engaging stakeholders, delegating responsibilities clearly and running client and internal project meetings.

+ Ensures appropriate and frequent communication between stakeholders.

Provides support and assistance to team members as needed in order help them be successful and get the job done.

+ Provides and/or directs technical and administrative support to project team members.

Develops and maintains all related project schedules.

+ Performs field verification of prospective work site.

+ Documents all issues with site and keeps everyone informed of potential issues and solutions.

+ Coordinates all drawings and documentation between all internal and external stakeholders.

+ Facilitates and directs design reviews to assure proper documentation in the field.

Coordinates all system programming and final checkout of systems.

+ Provides punch-list of remaining tasks after substantial completion.

+ Coordinates training & turnover of projects to client, service department, & sales.

Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that may be met by an employee. The employee may be exposed to construction site conditions on a regular basis. Employee will be responsible for their safety while on job sites and to comply with all safety regulations in place by the GC. Use of PPE is usually required on job sites. The environment may include hospital and medical facilities. The employee can typically spend at least 40% of their time on their feet and be required to mobile around the construction site. The employee must have the ability to occasionally climb ladders, use stairs and lift and/or move materials up to 20 pounds in construction areas. The individual is regularly required to use keyboards, test equipment and controls required for SI installation projects. Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and depth vision. When not on construction sites, the employee will experience normal office conditions and be required to use office equipment such as computers, peripherals, etc.

Travel: Frequent travel by car and occasional airplane trips are required. Employee must possess a valid driver’s license in their state of residence. This will be evaluated based on strength of the candidate. Local travel to client sites (within a 2-hour driving distance each way) will make up 70-90% usually. Less than 10% remote travel is required on a regular basis.

What do we require from you?

Required/Desired Knowledge, Experience and Skills:

+ 3+ years of related experience is required.

+ Deep knowledge of electronic security is required.

+ Must possess a valid driver’s license in their state of residence.

Preferred:

+ Experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction trades and settings.

+ Certified Security Project Manager – CSPM.

+ Lenel Certification knowledge.

​Here's what you need

+ Minimum of 3 years of experience working on Supply Chain initiatives

+ Minimum of 3 years of external experience at a consulting firm or 3-5 years of internal consulting experience in a role equivalent to consultant level within the Energy or Utilities industry

+ A bachelor’s degree

+ Minimum of 3 years in Energy Procurement

+ Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail plus demonstrated abilities in problem solving and independent decision-making capabilities.

+ Strong understanding of energy markets. Including, but not limited to, utility tariffs and rate modeling, deregulated and regulated markets, energy budget and forecasting analysis and Risk management & product analysis.

+ Effectively communicate with client to establish forecasted volumes for those deliverables along with monthly nominations, bank balancing, and requests for proposals,

+ Market Position Reports (MPR) and Operational Flow Orders (OFO) where applicable. Manage MPR and beginning of RFP process.

Bonus points if:

+ You have a deep specialization in one or more of the following: procurement or 3rd party cost takeout initiatives; forecasting, supply chain planning and inventory optimization; manufacturing production experience in either continuous or discrete manufacturing environments

+ You have the proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

+ You excel in building and developing relationships, overseeing complex programs and demonstrating leadership

+ You’ve earned an MBA or equivalent graduate degree

+ You have a functional-level understanding of technology solutions

+ Lean or Six Sigma qualifications

+ You can use the latest data analytics tools to spot opportunities for improvement

+ Prior experience in driving insights using visualization tools (i.e. Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx) and analytics tools (i.e. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
