We are currently looking for a Plant Maintenance Technician to be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of machinery at our Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) production facility.

**Responsibilities**

+ Installs, repairs, and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance.

+ Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation.

+ Dismantles machinery and removes/replaces defective parts.

+ Determines changes in requirements of parts by inspecting and measuring various instruments.

+ Maintains inventories of equipment parts and supplies by checking stock and placing orders.

+ Trains production workers on routine preventive maintenance.

+ Provides mechanical maintenance information by answering questions and requests.

+ Prepares maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.

+ Maintains a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

**Qualifications**

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ 1+ years’ experience in a Maintenance or Mechanical capacity

+ Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods

+ Applicable knowledge of tools

+ Manual dexterity and attention to detail

+ Problem solving aptitude

+ Ability to lift 50 to 75 lbs.

With supervision, the Fleet Technician I is responsible for the maintenance and repair of all Mobile Storage rental fleet equipment, including containers, ground level offices, office trailers, and/or modular buildings. It is the responsibility of the Fleet Technician I to perform all cleaning and maintenance tasks in a safe manner in accordance with company standards. The Fleet Technician I must also be capable of effectively performing all duties of an Equipment Associate.

**What you’ll do:**

+ Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of Mobile Storage quality standards:

+ Ability to perform basic maintenance and repairs, including but not limited to, remove and repair flooring, tiles, roofs, walls, frames, doors, leaks, caulking, windows, screens, painting, filters/dampers, replacing skins and trim, tagging of equipment, removal/install of UR decals and equipment numbers

+ Hooking mobile office to power source

+ Checking tire pressure and lugs

+ Complete assignments on time and within budget

+ Complete assignments as documented on Work Orders

+ Complete necessary documentation (work order, etc.)

+ Travel to customer sites to set office trailers and assist CDL A Drivers when needed

+ Equipment Modifications:

+ Complete in accordance with manufacturer’s specifications and state and local building codes

+ Complete in accordance with approved specifications

+ Complete assignments on time and within budget

+ Organization and Cleanliness of Shop, Yard, Tools and Supplies :

+ Follow Mobile Storage and United Rentals 5S guidelines

+ Meet cleanliness standards on each & every assignment

+ Store tools, supplies, and Value Added Products (VAPs) in proper and secure place

+ Keep yard organized and free of debris

+ Advise supervisor of supply needs

+ Inbound and outbound equipment inspections and processing; follow Rental Flow procedures

+ Safely install and/or uninstall VAPs according to reservation requirements

The Automation Engineer Senior Analyst is primarily responsible for conducting advanced repair and maintenance of automated equipment including, Electrical Controls, Robot Programming, and PLC Programming, in a high volume Pharmaceutical production environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Performs advanced level maintenance and service on automated equipment by using and understanding electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic drawings and schematics, and using special test equipment and tools.

**Required for both levels:**

**Salary Range:** $51,200 - $85,400

**Salary Range 2:** $60,800 - $101,400

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician!

Maintenance Technicians Maintain the efficient operation and upkeep of the property buildings and grounds in a supportive role.

Responsibilities include:

+ Take responsibility for the daily repair and upkeep of the property and the preparation of vacant units for occupancy

+ Maintain and keep an inventory of all supplies and equipment

+ Ensure necessary tools are on hand

+ Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents

+ Maintain the required property uniform ensuring a professional appearance

+ Be aware of and operate within OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and company safety policies at all times

+ Be available to work on an on-call basis

+ Secure the maintenance shop(s) at the close of every workday

+ Remove snow and ice as necessary

+ Handle all lock-outs as a result of evictions and take responsibility for 24-hour response to service requests

Requirements:

+ Ability to operate various hand tools including power tools

+ Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions

+ Effective communication skills

+ Knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical

+ Property maintenance/handyman experience

Insight Global is looking for an Electro-mechanical technician to join a team in Northern Phoenix, AZ. This role is onsite Monday thru Friday, 6:00am to 4:30pm. They will be troubleshooting issues that have or may arise onsite in the location. They will work alongside maintenance to plan out the updates and installations of new pieces in the system as needed. Additional responsibilities may arise.

Job Summary

Job Responsibilities

+ Work with a variety of electrical, pneumatic and electronic instruments to measure and control variables such as pressure, flow, temperature, level, composition. Calibrate, repair, maintain and adjust system components, and install and maintain instruments and controls on new or existing equipment.

+ Experience with, but not limited to: changing electric motors, water/vacuum pumps, gear boxes

+ Plastics/Extrusion experience a plus

Requirements

+ Experienced Maintenance Technician with 5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience, preferrable in a manufacturing environment

+ Must have strong, logical decision-making skills along with solid time management and multi-tasking skills

+ Ability to remain professional under pressure and exhibit a positive attitude.

+ Exhibit sense of ownership and accountability

+ Ability to communicate effectively in English both written and verbally

+ Knowledge of Health and Safety practices with excellent housekeeping and organizational skills

+ Perform various other duties as assigned by Supervisor

Working Conditions

+ Requires a high degree of mobility and involves considerable routine walking, standing for long periods, reaching, twisting, bending, climbing, and lifting to 50-75 lbs.

+ Fast-paced environment where a considerable amount of sensory attention is required.

+ Personal safety is affected by exposure to heat, cold, dust, noise levels and the use of sharp tools.
