WHAT YOU WILL DO:

As the Assembler I, responsibilities will include but may not be limited to:

- Assembly and fabrication of wire harnesses.
- Understand PLI Manufacturing, Customer, and Industry standards and requirements.
- Communicate clearly with the Procurement department and suppliers as needed.
- Work to meet customer and internal production schedules.
- Maintain a high level of integrity dealing with all departments within the organization.
- Identify process improvements.
- Maintain work area to appropriate standards, based on 6S methodologies.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures described in the Employment Handbook.
- Drive to meet or exceed time goals for each job performed.
- Learn to utilize PLEX operating system as related to Production and job function.

ABOUT YOU:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to use and read measuring equipment, such as scales, calipers, micrometers, crimpers, and other hand tools.
- Ability to learn how to read, understand, and execute both written and verbal instructions such as blueprints and electrical wiring schematics.
- Ability to learn, comprehend, and obtain the internal IPC-620 and J-STD certification.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.
- Basic Computer Experience, (Microsoft Office-Excel, Word).
- Effective communication skills, motivated, self-starter, punctual.
- Ability to work individually and in a team environment.

SCHEDULE:
- Monday - Thursday 5am - 3:30pm
