Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Senior Program Manager where you'll play a crucial role in overseeing the Global Asset Management (GAM) program. As the Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery, quality, safety, people, customer satisfaction, cost, and overall contract health of the program. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with our customer’s government property system.

Roles and Responsibilities

+ Oversee the performance of our customer’s government and commercial property compliance system, ensuring adherence to all contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.

+ Manage a diverse team of over 200 employees spanning multiple locations in the US, UK, Mexico, and Canada, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.

+ Direct financial oversight of a $30M+ profit & loss (P&L) portfolio, driving revenue growth and operational efficiency to meet annual budget targets.

+ Spearhead business development efforts, identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities to expand our market presence and achieve growth objectives.

+ Monitor and optimize program Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including delivery, quality, safety, cost, and schedule, to ensure consistent performance excellence.

+ Ensure strict adherence to contractual obligations outlined in Statements of Work (SOWs) and Master Service Agreement (MSA), maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through regular communication and transparent reporting.

+ Ensure program compliance with US government property regulations (FAR) and facilitate successful customer audits.

+ Oversee data management processes, ensuring integrity, security, and proper usage of customer-owned certification and process data.

+ Lead cost control initiatives and drive continuous improvement efforts across all operational areas, supporting cross-functional projects to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

+ Foster employee engagement through various initiatives including surveys, town halls, skip level discussions, and site visits, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.

+ Manage staffing levels to meet contract and customer requirements, ensuring adequate resources are in place to deliver on commitments.

+ Implement and oversee employee recognition programs, including safety awards and performance accolades, to reinforce a culture of excellence and achievement.

+ Champion the Zero Harm safety program, striving for 100% compliance with leading safety indicators.

+ Other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

+ US Citizenship

+ Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

+ 10+ years of progressive experience in project and program management, including demonstrated expertise in P&L management, quality assurance, safety compliance, contract growth, customer relationship management, and overall business leadership.

+ 5+ years of direct experience managing multi-site operations with P&L responsibility.

+ 5+ years of Government Property management experience.

+ Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications

+ Prior experience in the aerospace industry, with a strong understanding of industry-specific processes and regulations.

+ Certification as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt, demonstrating proficiency in process improvement methodologies and a commitment to driving operational efficiency and quality excellence.

+ Certified Professional Property Specialist (CPPS) certification from the National Property Management Association (NPMA).
