The pay rate for this job is $23 - $27 / hour

Job Responsibilities:

* All around knowledgeable building maintenance person, knowledge of plumbing, electric and HVAC.

Qualifications & Experience:

* Must Have at least 5+ years Commercial Building Maintenance experience

* Must Have Tools of the Trade Must have Universal / EPA certification

* Must have reliable Transportation

* Must Pass Background Check and Drug Test
