The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and work remotely one day. A member of our recruitment team will provide more details.

**Role Summary:**

Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Reporting and Analytics, within the Chief Data Office, this position leads the management reporting systems organization and is responsible for the oversight of accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis. This position provides comprehensive and complex financial analysis, manages preparation of financial reports and presentations, presents to senior management, has in-depth knowledge of all financial systems and applications, understanding of the data relations and interdependencies, and understands business partners' strategies and analytical needs. This position works collaboratively across the enterprise, identifying best practices and process efficiencies. This position manages a group of financial system owners and analysts with responsibility for directly supervising staff and planning their work. This position develops enhanced processes to collect and manage data and defines methodologies to facilitate ongoing management reporting and analysis.

**Primary Responsibilities:**

• Operate and maintain enterprise financial systems

• Collaborate with Bank leadership on organizational priorities and longer-term strategic objectives

• Define and execute roadmaps for enhancing enterprise finance systems and lead new technology implementations

• Develop effective relationship with LOB stakeholders and deliver on desired business objectives

• Partner with executive management to develop new analytical solutions to provide business insights and drive efficiency

• Motivate team members to deliver outstanding results and manage day to day activities of a team members responsible for the Bank’s financial systems

• Effectively manage change, developing and implementing sustainable solutions

• Deliver insightful management reporting and analytics

**Expected Qualifications:**

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Finance or Data Science

• Master of Business Admin (MBA) preferred

• 12 plus years of Finance/Banking experience

• 8 plus years of financial systems experience

• 5 plus years of manager experience

• Experience with OFSAA, Hyperion, and OBIEE

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and SQL

• Excellent presentation and written communication skills

• Understanding of banking products, financial statements, performance measurement, FTP, risk management, data controls and data governance

• Sound judgment and effective problem resolution

The typical base pay range for this role is between $165K - $210K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
