Summary You will serve as a ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN in the WEAPONS & ENERGETICS DEPARTMENT, WEAPONS SYSTEMS & PROJECT ENGINEERING DIVISION of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE. Responsibilities You will provide support in the development and changes to the Surface Missile Processing Descriptions (SMPD) and provide official approval of technical changes and procedures. You will provide assistance and advice in regard to planning, scheduling, installation, de-installation, and technical design upgrades of RAM test equipment. You will review and recommend edits to the Technical Data Package (TDP). You will provide support in the development and changes to the Rolling Airframe Missile Processing Reports and provide official approval of technical changes and additions. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (DT-04) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate some or all of the following: 1) Demonstrating experience in operational and system requirements and system performance; 2) Supporting acquisition tasks for product development; 3) Monitoring development and production metrics (schedule, cost, technical); and 4) Analyzing test results from Acceptance Test Procedures runs.
