The Lead Pricing Analyst is a subject matter expert on division pricing and will develop strategy for the business to improve in price performance and identify opportunities to gain price value through customer contracts. The Lead Pricing Analyst will understand business needs, develop performance goals, and generate leadership awareness to the progress towards said goals.

**What you will do**

+ Developing annual pricing strategy, clearly articulating the desired end-state and integrated set of actions required

+ Enhancing price levels and discount structures that are aligned with customer segment strategy while providing guardrails sufficiently flexible to maximize value without burdening deal turnaround

+ Tracking consistent price performance metrics to share with leadership along with root cause for metric changes

+ Implement recurring pricing review cycle with leadership to highlight KPI progress, key analytics, trends, and opportunities

+ Providing awareness to primary drivers of pricing performance using standard pricing metrics; opportunities to improve BU performance prioritized by business plans with ROI and alignment to strategy

+ Leading price strategy for customer RFPs & refining GPO customer price tiers

+ Proposing pricing initiatives to enable growth in stagnant product categories

+ Supporting RFPs with analysis and internal response coordination

+ Thinking critically for each request by understanding context, engaging stakeholders, challenging assumptions, applying divisional guardrails, introducing new ideas, and modifying or combining prior strategies

+ Exercising excellent judgment in identifying and escalating issues to cross-functional stakeholders or management in a timely manner

+ Communicating clearly with internal stakeholders, including sales, management, business analysts, finance, etc.

+ Building and maintaining strong relationships with sales, finance, marketing, operations, and legal stakeholders across the decentralized organization (as applicable)

**What you need**

+ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field of study.

+ 4+ years experience.

+ Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

+ Proficient in SharePoint, Power BI, and Excel.

+ Ability to multi-task and adapt in a rapidly changing environment and prioritize continuously shifting deliverables with tight deadlines.

+ Decisive, flexible, critical and quick-thinking.

+ Ability to prioritize work and keep accurate, detailed, and confidential records.

+ General understanding or working knowledge of contracting structures and language.

$75,300- $156,900 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
