You'll be part of the MOSFET business unit for Industrial & Cloud segments, one of our fastest growing divisions within **onsemi** located at Scottsdale Arizona. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive success in the semiconductor industry focused in high efficiency power conversion & brushless motor applications. Lead product definition, launches, pricing, and business case preparation. Strong communication, strategic thinking, and customer focus skills are essential. As a Product Line Manager, your responsibilities will include:

+ Ownership of a product portfolio, assuming full responsibility for its success and performance

+ Serving as the product owner throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring its continued success

+ Leading product definition activities by gathering and summarizing customer input to understand their needs. Collaborating with Sales, FAE (Field Application Engineering), Strategic Marketing, and Application Engineering teams to define new solutions

+ Acting as the primary interface with Sales, FAE, and customers, providing information on product roadmaps and identifying new design-in opportunities. This includes product launches and conducting training sessions for Sales/FAE teams

+ Developing business cases for new product and technology projects and presenting them to senior management

+ Collaborating with the applications team to define product requirements based on customer and market needs

+ Supporting field teams (Sales, FAEs, and Marketing) as required to generate opportunities and drive design-ins

+ Assuming ownership of approved projects and their associated business cases, including conducting P&L (Profit and Loss) analysis

+ Taking charge of pricing strategies for the product portfolio.
