As Sr Manager, Technical Product Management, you will lead the strategy and roadmap of the marketing technology platform for the Cengage Work business unit! You will coordinate solutions for digital marketing needs, including our content management system, content marketing platform, digital asset management platform, and digital storefronts. This role requires a strong technical background, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of marketing technologies, including experience with major enterprise solution providers.

**What You'll Do Here:**

+ Develop and implement the strategic vision for the Marketing Technology (MarTech) platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.

+ Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and manage the product roadmap for Marketing Technology needs.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to define product requirements and prioritize feature development.

+ Facilitate and drive alignment among critical team members and lead them to converge on a shared view of product priorities.

+ Partner with the Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) team to understand how to improve conversion rates for users on the digital storefronts.

+ Manage the implementation of needs for Optimizely’s content management system (CMS), ensuring components, features and the user experience align to business across various channels.

+ Facilitate and lead discovery sessions with customers, to understand their problems, workflows, needs and goals.

+ Define and track key performance indicators to measure the success of implemented features and user experience changes.

+ Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of product managers and business analysts, ensuring their professional growth and development.

+ Communicate product updates, progress, and roadmap to internal teams and customers.

**Skills you will need here:**

+ Proven experience in technical product management, preferably in marketing technology or related fields.

+ Extensive experience with Digital Experience Platforms (DXP) or Content Management Systems (CMS).

+ Experience working with digital marketing solutions and analytics platforms.

+ Experience creating and optimizing consumer facing, retail Marketing websites.

+ Solid understanding of user experience (UX) principles and methodologies.

+ Proficient in agile product management methodologies and tools.

+ Excellent leadership and team management skills.

+ Strong communication and presentation abilities.

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or similar field.

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.

$117,100.00 - $187,300.00 USD
