**Job Description:**

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Instructor/Trainer** to join our team!

**What You'll Be Doing:**

+ Conduct Training execution at the U.S. Army Intelligence Center of Excellence (USAICOE) OSINT Basic Course (OBC):

+ Conduct training and develop criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of training activities.

+ Develop, organize, and conduct training and educational programs for approved personnel.

+ Establish and review course content and objectives for a well-integrated and unified OSINT training program.

+ Maintain records of training activities, participant progress, and program effectiveness.

+ Update course documentation on a regular basis for timeliness and relevance.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring:**

+ Bachelors Degree

+ TS/SCI Clearance

+ Ability to design, develop, troubleshoot, debug, configure, and maintain website(s) for internal and external communications for the company and/or for external customers and clients.

+ Knowledge of web page layout, graphics, color schemes and infrastructure to maintain a cohesive website based on the organization's communications strategies and goals.

+ Skills to ensure the website is available to the desired audience with appropriate links and security; develop, assess and communicate website usage and security policies and procedures.

+ Skills to research and evaluate new related technologies.

**Minimum Clearance Required to Start:**

Top Secret SCI
