Job Description

Position Summary: The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership and guidance while developing strategic plans for various automation projects. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to align automation solutions with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Clearly communicate recurring issues and routine pass down information.

Lead training sessions to enhance team skills and ensure appropriate staffing.

Inspect work post-repair or maintenance to ensure compliance with dimensional requirements.

Evaluate emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvements.

Serve as a liaison between the automation team and upper management, providing project updates.

Resolve undefined issues during IPQC and escalate as necessary.

Skills and Requirements

4+ years experience supporting automated manufacturing

Experience troubleshooting PLC's and editing programs as needed

Strong knowledge of robotic systems and vision systems

Experience building assemblies from blueprints Experience working on electrical panels and wiring null
