Job Description
As a Sr. Automation Technician, you will be responsible for supervising maintenance on production equipment. You will gain in-depth product knowledge and help the team maintain high equipment performance and uptime. You will also be responsible for a diverse mixture of activities with a strong emphasis on overseeing automated processes. The team runs 3 shifts Monday - Friday and this opening is for their 3rd shift, 10pm-6:30am.
Day To Day:
Support Operators in maintaining equipment to support operations.
Communicate relevant equipment status to associated leads.
Determine corrective actions and communicate with Engineers to resolve issues.
Complete assigned and ad-hoc orders in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Participate in process reviews for products as required.
Engage in problem-solving and brainstorming, both individually and as part of the team.

Skills and Requirements
Strong mechanical and pneumatic knowledge and aptitude
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a technician working with complex equipment
Experience working with automated assembly equipment
Experience working with high volume automated systems
Ability to read and interpret schematics and mechanical drawings
Strong drive and attention to detail Previous experience working with PLCs
Previous Robotics experience
Past experience in a leadership role null
