Honeywell Building Solutions is looking for a Senior Facility Maintenance Manager to provide on-site management at our customer location in Clackamas County, OR. The Facility Manager will ensure that contractual commitments with the customer are met by maintaining good working relationship with the client and its staff and providing leadership for the Facility management operations for the site.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Provide overall responsibility for staff and contractors on site

+ Manage the timely completion and review of key administrative deliverables such as monthly reports, annual reports,

internal and external audits

+ Establish and meet the annual operating plan goals and objectives.

+ Ensure safety of staff and public using the facility

+ To lead the operations in PG county which consists of 6 schools

+ Manage contractors, lead a team and work collaboratively with client to complete work and build the relationship

+ Needs to be self-directed and somewhat of an entrepreneurial mind

The annual base salary range for this position is $92,000-$115,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.”

MUST HAVE

+ High School Diploma or GED

+ 4 to 6 years’ experience working within schools or institutions, including supervision

+ Valid driver’s license

+ Understands and manages budgets

WE VALUE

+ SAP experience

+ RPA Designation (BOMI)

+ Experience in Facilities Management within the educational/public sector

+ Ability to interpret and meet contractual requirements and deliverables

+ Development and maintenance of site-specific documentation and quality assurance information

+ Establish and meet the annual operating plan goals and objectives.

+ Ensure safety of staff and public using the facility

+ Has ties to the local community

+ Ability to read and understand a complex contract

+ Experience with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)

+ Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

+ Self-starter

+ Designation within IFMA ideal

+ Previous P3 experience would be excellent but not required

+ Ability to effectively plan and see the bigger picture.
