As a Sr Operations Manager here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of our diverse product portfolio. You will play a critical role in optimizing processes, ensuring the successful delivery of our offerings, and driving operational excellence. You will report directly to our Plant Director and you'll work out of our Nebraska City, NE location on an On-site work schedule.

In this role, you will impact cost savings, improved quality, increased customer satisfaction, and the career progression of your direct reports. You will collaborate with cross-functional senior leadership to address process improvement opportunities, ultimately driving a more agile and competitive organization. Your efforts will contribute to the overall success of the business, ensuring that Honeywell remains a global technology leader in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

+ Develop and execute a comprehensive operations strategy for our product portfolio, aligned with business objectives and market needs.

+ Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch support.

+ Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align operational activities with business goals and customer needs.

+ Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize product development and delivery processes.

+ Monitor key performance metrics related to portfolio operations and analyze performance data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.

+ Manage relationships with external vendors and suppliers involved in product development and delivery.

+ Maintain comprehensive documentation of product initiatives and prepare regular updates and reports for stakeholders.

YOU MUST HAVE

+ Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management, with a focus on product operations or related roles.

+ Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to successful completion.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, analyze root causes, and implement solutions.

+ Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.

+ Strong understanding of Master Data Management.
