Non-CDL Local Delivery Driver

The Non-CDL Local Delivery Driver working out of our Central Distribution warehouse in Mesa, AZ is responsible for delivering product to customers, unloading, putting away, and organizing product in our warehouse. This position is also responsible for the security, safety, and cleanliness of the Warehouse and outside storage of products. This position will also deliver product to customers.

Essential Functions
• Receives and organizes all incoming shipments & checks all incoming product for damage.
• Delivers product locally using Company box truck.
• Ensures sold products are tagged and located in appropriate areas.
• Keeps Warehouse clean and neat.
• Keeps warehouse areas clean & neat as well as follows ALL safety procedures.
• Uses warehouse equipment to put away product & load/unload delivery trucks.

Job Requirements
• Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid AZ Driver License (CDL is NOT required) & clean driving record. Have working knowledge of ADOT rules and regulations.
• Ability to pass DOT physical, drug screen & background check; Must be physically fit & able to lift/carry/maneuver heavy material or equipment up to 90lbs.
• Able to read a map and accurately plan a route.
• Capable of following written instructions & documented procedures.
• Effective communication skills & superior organizational skills.
• Plumbing & Appliance product experience preferred.
