Randstad is seeking customer service professionals to join the night shift on our clients Credit Card Support team in North Phoenix. We are looking for candidates who can work early and late mornings and handle a high volume of inbound calls, 75-100 per shift. Offers for these openings will be extended based on experience, no interviews required! work hours: 4:30 AM - 7:30 PM

Responsibilities

HOURS: 8 hour shift with one day off during the week and one day during the weekend. These will be split days off, not back-to-back.

Shifts based on availability at time of offer: Shift start times range 430AM - 11AM start time. End times range from 1P-730P

(TRAINING WILL BE MON-FRI; 8am - 5pm FOR 7 WEEKS, then you will move into your regular shift. )

Pay: $20/hr, weekly pay

Start: Jan 6th

Duration: 3 Months, Temp to Hire Opportunity!

Location: Phoenix, AZ 85029 (ONSITE)

JOB DUTIES:

+ Inbound Call Center: 75-100 calls per day (higher volume calls in the earlier shifts)

+ You will work as a Customer Support Rep with Consumer Lending and will be responsible for providing quality customer experience while working to resolve customer complaints/enquiries.

+ Responsible for reviewing the customer's credit card profile, payments, reviewing accounts, assisting the customer understand their balances

+ Will transfer more escalated calls to another department
