Who We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking kind, patient, and motivated individuals who are passionate about working with children. If you're dedicated to making a difference, we'd love to have you on our team!

Requirements:

Age:

18+ years old
Education:

High School Diploma required
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field (preferred, but not required)
Experience:

1+ years working with children with special needs (preferred, but not required — we’ll train the right person!)
Certification:

RBT, BCAT, or similar certification (preferred but not required — we will support you in getting certified!)
Other:

Passion for working with children in preschool, elementary, or middle school settings
Ability to pass state & federal background checks
Reliable transportation & ability to lift 25 lbs.
What You’ll Do:

Direct Support: Provide one-on-one support to children with autism and developmental disabilities.
Care Plans: Implement personalized care plans to help children develop essential life skills.
Behavior Management: Use proven behavior management techniques to foster emotional and social growth.
Collaboration: Document progress and work closely with families to ensure the success of our clients.
Training: Engage in ongoing training to expand your skills in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
