**About this role:**
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Product Manager as part of Consumer and Small Business Banking.
In this role, you will develop and execute the Unsecured Lending market growth strategy, improve product adoption, and support sales with tools and insights that improve customer acquisition and deepening. You'll collaborate with sales teams, execution and readiness teams, digital, operations, marketing, risk, and analytics teams on channel specific growth strategies that align with business goals and objectives.

**Key responsibilities:**
+ Develop and execute growth strategies focused on sales bankers to drive engagement and acquisition
+ Leverage data to optimize channel performance
+ Identify opportunities and improve product tools, processes, and readiness
+ Ability to meet deliverables and drive complex initiatives
+ Ensure initiatives and growth strategies are aligned with regulatory and risk framework
**Key skills:**
+ Strong analytical skills, ability to develop and execute on strategy, product and project management skills, experience with sales organizations and working/ partnering with sales banker channels, ability to present to all levels of leadership, and deep understanding of credit and customer behavior
This individual will also be responsible for regular run the business activities including, but not limited to, regular business reviews, roadmaping, and goal setting and accountability.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ 5+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
**Desired Qualifications:**
+ Strong foundation in credit lending either in consumer or small business lending.
+ Ability to develop and implement acquisition and banker channel strategies.
+ Strong experience building and executing on strategy
+ Demonstrated project management skills.
+ Experience developing and supporting business cases for new initiatives.
+ Strong foundation in data and analytics to drive decisions.
+ Strong written and oral communication including PowerPoint.
+ Demonstrated aptitude for transferring strong core skills (communication, business analysis, process development) to new challenges.
