**Required Skills:**

Product Manager Responsibilities:

1. Plan, initiate, and manage information technology projects for web-based products and platforms.

2. Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative tools, platforms, and/or products.

3. Drive product development with teams of world-class engineers and designers.

4. Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product vision, define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (design, legal, etc.), and guide the team through key milestones.

5. Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to improve engineer productivity and enhance user satisfaction.

6. Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products.

7. Identify and track key performance metrics.

8. Work on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.

9. Exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.

10. Telecommuting is permitted from anywhere in the U.S.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

11. Requires a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field and 24 months in job offered or related occupation

14. 2. Technical architecture of complex and highly scalable web applications or media products

15. 3. Designing simple and intuitive user interfaces

16. 4. Creating examples through wire frames and mock ups

17. 5. Developing social products, technologies, or platforms

18. 6. Working in a technical environment with abroad, cross functional team

19. 7. Delivering technical presentations

20. 8. Analyzing complex, large-scale datasets and making decisions based on data

21. 9. Gathering requirements across diverse areas and users, and converting and developing them into a product solution

22. 10. Technical experience with analytical tools, methodologies, and design

**Public Compensation:**

$210,214/year to $232,100/year + bonus + equity + benefits
