You will support adult students of diverse careers, educational backgrounds, and cultures as they learn about the awesome world of programming.

Nucamp's mission is to offer affordable, career-changing programs for professional adults seeking the skills they need for the career they want. We are bringing together ambassadors, local teaching assistants, students, and an excellent curriculum and pedagogy structure, to make it happen. You can play a significant role in helping your community while earning income and enhancing your resume.

Your Responsibilities:

+ Represent and evangelize the Nucamp brand in your local tech community, supporting Nucamp's social mission.

+ Contribute your expertise and passion for growing your local tech community while building your network of business partners, bootcamp-curious individuals, workshop attendees, and prospective students.

+ Partner with local businesses, non-profit organizations, high schools, and colleges to offer coding education to their constituents.

+ Host and teach free workshops in your community (at least monthly) to introduce bootcamp-curious adults to coding concepts and help them learn about bootcamp options.

+ Nurture your contacts both individual and corporate or non-profit to create a continuous stream of workshop attendees.

+ Follow up with workshop attendees through registration to graduation, keeping them motivated to complete their learning journey while being responsive to their needs.

Skills:

+ We're seeking individuals with 1+ year of knowledge in the languages and frameworks we teach through our bootcamps.

+ Must have a demonstrated ability to network, plan and host events, engage with audiences of all sizes, and build communities.

+ Must have substantial public speaking experience.

+ Teaching experience is highly desirable.

Advanced Design is always the first design team at Intel tackling the challenges of scaling technology to the cadence of Moore's Law.

We work with industry leading design and process technologists to enable breakthroughs in power, performance, and density as we enable our product design partners to bring world-class products to the market. This position within the Advance Design Group oversees definition, design, verification, and documentation for SoC (System on a Chip) development. Determines architecture design, logic design, and system simulation. Defines module interfaces/formats for simulation. Performs Logic design for integration of cell libraries, functional units and subsystems into SoC full chip designs, Register Transfer Level coding, and simulation for SoCs. Contributes to the development of multidimensional designs involving the layout of complex integrated circuits. Performs all aspects of the SoC design flow from high level design to synthesis, place and route, timing, and power to create a design database that is ready for manufacturing. Analyzes equipment to establish operation infrastructure, conducts experimental tests, and evaluates results. May also review vendor capability to support development.

- Experience in driving SoC digital design execution on leading edge technologies.

- Experience in using Fusion compiler, ICC2, DC or Cadence Innovus, Genus.

Preferred Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in one or more of the following:

- All aspects of VLSI Design from standard cell architecture to physical design and signoff flows

- Reference design and TFM for RTL2GDS on complex cpu and/or gpu designs

- Multiple chip tapeout experience on leading edge semiconductor nodes.

- Front-End activities involving Gate Level Simulation, Formal Verification, and RTL Testbench simulation

- Low-power and multiple clock domain design.

- Experience driving physical design EDA tools, design reference and sign-off flows in advanced process technologies, DTCO PPA and EDA vendor engagement.

- Scripting skills using a programming language such as Python, TCL.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Be part of a team that applies its expertise and knowledge to mechanical projects, finding innovative, cost-effective means to improve techniques, procedures, products, and technologies. You will support products to meet customer needs, product quality, manufacturability, new product development, prototype builds, and testing, and may serve a project manager role for smaller development projects. You will develop the product designs necessary to drive product improvement and will be integral in securing present and future business by consistently meeting or exceeding Voice of Customer requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Product Factory support engineering

Product Mechanical Design engineering focal

Product Field support engineering

Problem-solving / RCCA related to Factory and Fielded product issues

Piece part mechanical design, manufacture, and inspection focal for complex parts

Lead engineering documentation and configuration of products and product changes

Key Responsibilities (Secondary)

CAD-based modeling and drawing creation using PTC/Creo

Perform Engineering analyses (Tolerance stack-up, etc)

New product development (future)

Lead Stress and Thermal Analysis activities with analysis groups

Product Test and Certification

Program/Project Planning and Cost estimation

Communicate Product Mechanical Design activities and results to leadership

Value Engineering

Desirable Knowledge and Experience

Experience designing and supporting complex mechanical products, including electronic packaging and multi-axes positioners with motors, angular sensors, gearing, bearings and complex part design.

Experience with precision parts design, documentation, manufacturing, and inspection procedures.

Exceptional understanding of tolerancing, GD&T, and tolerance stack-up analysis

Experience designing circuit level and component level (waveguides, rotary joints) RF products and understanding basic RF principles relevant to part design

Developing products exposed to uncontrolled environments on aircraft

Knowledge of aerospace industry standards and regulations, such as FAA, RTCA, and ARINC guidelines, relevant to aerospace engineering
